Shield Bond is a market leader for Aluminim Composite Panels for signage requirements in Australia and can already look back upon more than 15 years of industry-specific know-how. Shield Bond was one of the first manufacturers to use lacquer system optimization for digital printing panels. From research and development to assistance in design, custom colour matching, installation and retrofitting, everything related to aluminium composite panel is offered from a single source.
FIRE RESISTANT CORE
The fire resistant core technology from Shield Bond provides the perfect combination of form and function. Shield Bond panels come pre-prepainted to matched corporate colours with a smooth and consistent surface using Dupoint PVDF coating. Fire resistant core panels are high strength sheets using a minimum of 3003 grade aluminium. Panels can be easily fabricated using V grove tooling or router tables.
SIGNAGE GRADE
Signage grade panels are perfect for all your signage needs from pylons to fascias and wall signs, both internal or external. The signage grade panels have superior weather-resistance using PVDF or FEVE paint system and superior rigidity. Our panels have a low rate of expand and shrink with a temperature resistance of -50 to +80 degrees. Digital printing products are also available.
